I still haven’t managed to get back to the game and finish what I started, and that’s incredibly frustrating. But soon thereafter I found myself swept away on the tide of exams, and I was forced to cut the experience short. After watching some gameplay of Alien and seeing how beautiful the game looked (and having recently upgraded my GPU) I decided to purchase it on sale. One example that I’m still disappointed in myself for is Alien: Isolation. Between studies and obligations I rarely have time to sit down and truly immerse myself in a gaming experience. Where I once spent an unhealthy amount of hours per week playing games, I now find myself caught up in the flurry of chores and bores that accompany aging in our modern civilized world. If the game contains any story, is it a seamless integration of story and gameplay? Or a hamfisted attempt at forcing story on a less than stable base of gameplay?.How about the art style?
